Depois de ter adquirido a nacionalidade brasileira, o seu sorteio e convoca��o para o Servi�o Militar Obrigat�rio do Ex�rcito Brasileiro em 06 de outubro de 1925 foi certamente um dos maiores complicadores da vida de Bueno Machado. Fato que o for�ou a emigrar para Argentina. Enfrentando viagem no navio a vapor Princessa Mafalda, que posteriormente afundou nas costas do Brasil, chegou ao porto de Buenos Aires em novembro de 1925. No entanto, tendo cumprido uma passagem bem sucedida por aquele pa�s retornou ao Brasil no in�cio da d�cada de 30 em virtude do golpe militar contra o presidente Yrigoyen e das convuls�es sociais de ent�o. Aconteceu, por�m, que, tendo desembarcado no Estado de S�o Paulo, foi for�ado a migrar para o Rio de Janeiro em virtude da persegui��o que sofreu pela insubmiss�o ao Servi�o Militar Obrigat�rio, o que cominou com a abertura de processo criminal militar em 06 de abril de 1935, a pedido da Auditoria da Guerra da 2a Regi�o Militar. No Rio de Janeiro, instalou uma Escola de Dan�a na Cinel�ndia, na parte superior do pr�dio onde funcionava o Cine-Teatro Pal�cio. Esta famosa Escola de Dan�a, posteriormente, foi transformada no Dancing Brasil, onde excelentes orquestras sempre se apresentaram, tais como a de Paulo Moura, os Copacabanas, bem como crooners e lady-crooners do quilate de Elizeth Cardoso, Jamel�o, Pernambuco do Pandeiro, Odal�ia Guedes dos Santos (m�e do cantor Gonzaguinha), Jo�o da Baiana, Dominguinhos, entre outros. Tamb�m chegando ao Rio de Janeiro montou o movimentad�ssimo Cabar� Brasil junto ao Largo da Lapa. Este cabar� n�o ficou famoso somente por ser o de maior clientela nos anos 1930, 1940 e 1950, mas tamb�m por ter uma das melhores orquestras da cidade e por ser dirigido pelo mais competente cabaretier da �poca: Bueno Machado. Fato este reconhecido expressamente pela boemia intelectual e art�stica do antigo Rio de Janeiro.
