Uma versão \"2.0,\" \"melhorada\" do mensalão.E já se vão 4 anos desde o início da já famosa Operação Lava-jato que investiga ainda hoje os crimes do petrolão. Seria inútil enumerar aqui os méritos dessa operação policial. Entretanto, um mérito que a lava-jato ainda não teve (e provavelmente não terá) é o de mudar a raiz de todos os escândalos políticos e econômicos de nosso país. Se nada for feito para mudar na origem as mazelas legais e jurídicas que alimentam a corrupção desnudada pelas investigações da OPLJ, nosso país terá perdido, mais uma vez, sua oportunidade de fazer o seu futuro acontecer, de se tornar, finalmente, um \"país sério.\"É justamente disso que se trata o presente livro.
