It was always based on Bible principles. My Granddaddy never spanked me. He would sit me in a rocker with a Bible and verses that covered which sin I'd committed, until that particular lesson sank into my brain. I was saved at a young age, and my poetry reflects my journey through life, my struggles, as well as my questions to God. My hope is that this book will lead others to a close friendship with God and give comfort to those going through a struggle.
