Psychosis in Childhood will provide an in-depth examination of the nature of psychosis in children and adolescents for clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals who work with this population. Chapters will summarize current knowledge about youth who are at risk for developing psychosis and those experiencing different phases of a psychotic disorder. Integrative therapeutic approaches will be stressed for children with early-onset schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and depression with psychosis, as well as for those who have posttraumatic stress disorders, developmental disorders, and eating disorders with psychotic features.
