The Importance Of Reading The Bible

Reading the Bible has been one of the passions of my life for almost 50 years and in this short book I want to share my experience and with it underline the importance of reading the Bible. John 8:31 gives us a clue as to why this is so important. It reads - "Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed in him, if you CONTINUE in my word, THEN you are my disciples indeed." This teaches us that the only way to be a true and genuine disciple of Jesus is if we CONTINUE in his word.
