Chances are if you've taken the time to read this book description, you have an active addiction that is, in some way, being of harm. And you want it over. I've been there. So here I am, the author-Barbara Permilla Roth, reaching out to you. A true believer of hope, I had, ironically, no hope inside of me that I could kick my 44 year-old nicotine addiction.
