This is a collection of satirical poems dedicated to man's relationships with love, self, nature, and booze. Also porn. Lots of porn. It's meant to rebel against romantics and the idea that poetry is just for those who develop raging boners for the succulent smell of lilacs, or those who pine for the love of a beautiful idiot. This is for the realists, or those who can at least see the humor in the fact that Trader Joe's does have the best curry. Accompanied with these words are also illustrations that harken to a drunk Shel Silverstein, or a dirty Dr. Seuss. They are in a style of their own, but remind us of a time in which we gathered around the classroom, and sat entranced by those artists.
