Reformed physicist, financial planner, startup founder and autodidactic polymath best described as a Swiss Army Knife, Joe Templin is a special needs father, martial arts champion, ultramarathoner, and creative problem solver. Joe won The Advisor Today 4 Under 40 Award, runs way to far for charity and "fun", and is active in Cub Scouts and the Autistic community. He has published numerous books including "Every Day Excellence" the Kindle #1 New Release in Professional Development. Joe also co-authored "Do You Want To Make MDRT, Or Not?" with Dr. John Stolk as well as "Choices: Creating a Financial Services Career". Joe is the host of The Human Kaizen Podcast, a show dedicated to sharing stories of excellence and resilience. He lives in Ballston Spa, New York, with his hooligan boys Danny, Liam, and Colin.
