Jack Grapes is the author of 15 books of poetry, including The Naked Eye: New and Selected Poems, 1987-2012, and Poems So Far So Far So Good So Far To Go. David Ulin, Los Angeles Times book review editor, characterized his poetry as "operating somewhere in the middle ground between pop culture and philosophy." Jack co-wrote and starred in Circle of Will, a metaphysical comedy about the lost years of William Shakespeare.
