This book is the culmination of more than seventy- five years of Bible study. Talbot started his search for scriptural knowledge as soon as he learned to read. At about forty years of age he heard the expression ""Jesus is God"" for the first time. It came as a shock since he had been taught and believed that Jesus was the Son of God. Talbot began an intensive search for the foundations of this tenet of theology and learned that it followed logically from the Doctrine of the Trinity.
