A tea party! Imagine that if you will, a tea party happening in Muffinville.' Belle Muffin is all excited. She has decided to give a party. To ensure that all goes well she asks Mosey Muffin for advice. All arrangements are made and all the guests are invited. What could possibly go wrong? In walks Ophelia, the Mayor's wife.
