Depression Due To Stress

If we are rarely able to be proactive and make our own decisions and spend too much time where we have to react to external events and pressures, there may well be resulting stress leading to depression. This can occur at work, in the family environment, with socialising, with illness and in other areas of our lives. There could be a massive trauma, almost certainly resulting from loss which is unresolved. There may be less-serious complaints which wear us down as the years pass by us. However, we shall find that there is hope with an answer somewhere whatever the circumstances in which we find ourselves.
