When local ex surfer Corky discovers a secret military plot at the old Bay Theatre, he has no idea what to expect, other than a good story to tell his drinking buddies at the Irisher Bar, on Main Street. His goofy pal Sam warns Corky to run like hell, but it is too late. When they wake up, it is in the alternate Seal Beach, run by the Nazis German World Government, complete with the SS guards at the pier.
