Purr Of Haiku

Cats are mysterious creatures. From ancient times to the present, felines continue to possess enchanting powers over people. Although no longer viewed as holding supernatural powers, their legendary prowess lives on in myth and lore. A cat's curiosity, cleverness, playfulness, and unpredictability fascinate us. Mystifying is their ability to purr. How and why they purr remains pure speculation. A cat appearing to have nine-lives is due to a flexible spine, which allows them to adjust in mid-air; landing on their feet when falling from great heights. However, a cat would tell you they do in fact have nine-lives and that they are still on number one. In Purr of Haiku, it's all about cats and kittens. My cats would say, "It's about time you wrote about us."
