Pakashastra (Oriya Edition)

This book is an outcome of long years of practice and research by the authors. Dipti Pattanaik was a well-known writer. Writing was her great passion. She loved to write any critical matter in such a simple way that any layman could understand that. Some of her articles on food and culture were published in our local newspapers. She wrote many short referral books for ILLAC (the organization founded by herself.). She has taken a course on cookery at 'Food Craft Institute of India' . After the training she wrote a book on cookery and bakery along with Meera Kanungo named Pakashastra under the Publication of Basudhara Publication. Her sudden death was a great loss to our literature society.
