Our Story is about our growing up years in Western North Carolina, our education, and our meeting as teachers at Glenville School in North Carolina, Jackson County in 1967. We were married December 24, 1968, and celebrated our 50th anniversary, December 2018. We have lived in North Carolina from the mountains to the coast, and we both taught school until retirement age. We have written books together, traveled to some interesting places, and enjoyed special times with our families. Our Story tells of good times and bad times, but our life together has been a productive, well-lived life.
