Today I Feel... : For The 9-1-1 Operator

You deal with a lot of difficult things, day after day, and you're in a job that can be really hard because it leaves a lot to your imagination. This can cause trauma and difficulty getting disturbing scenarios out of your head. Talking about what you do can be hard, and sometimes the right words just won't come. Drawing and art therapy have been used for years as a way to enable kids and adults to express their feelings without the limitations of words. This workbook has been designed as a way to explore feelings, in a creative and expressive way, without judgment or a "right or wrong" answer. Each page asks the question, "How do you feel today?" and then leaves open space for drawing any feelings or thoughts.
