As We Evolve

Maisha is an average middle aged divorced mom. She is trying to make the most of life. She is knocked down repeatedly, this time with a rare neurological disease. As if that is not enough, she is struck by lightning. She awakens on an island. She is alone, confused and naked. She realizes she has a new "gift," superpower, maybe? She meets with a group of others, naked as well, that have different "gifts." Not sure of their intentions, she must learn who she can trust and how to use her "gift." Can she also learn to trust herself? Are they Gods, superheroes, or just a hot mess? Can Maisha save herself and all she loves?
