My Magical Toolbox

This book looks like a Children's Book, but it's just as much for big kids (grown-ups) as it is for little ones. Mindfulness is being in the present moment. The tools in this book were created to help practice presence, experience awareness, hold space for emotions, and embrace a growth mindset. These tools are intended to be practiced.
