Juliet Prime

A graphic novel set in the year 2112, about a young woman named Juliet going up against a secretive organization named 59, who intend to regress everyone in the entire world to a 'caveman'-like state by blasting the planet with a ray from their airship. Juliet and her friend Seymour investigate a colony of 'freaks' who have already been hit with the ray, and they find that local circus clowns are also in on it. Seymour uses his souped-up biplane to get Juliet onto the airship, so she can take down the criminals once and for all.
