The Escape Artists

The Escape Artists book features a group of multi-disciplinary Minnesota artists leading artist retreats and exhibiting together for over 30 years. This is a story about goodwill and collaboration between high-profile professional artists working in different disciplines. The three main collaborators are Dee Teller, Marsha VanBuskirk, and Theresa Harsma. They have opened their hearts in friendship and creativity with a diverse, multi-generational cast of artistic characters throughout the years. This is a collection of images that reflect their work together and apart, as well as heartwarming stories from various retreats.
