Welcome to the 700 Block of Mount Pleasant Road in Northview Heights Pittsburgh Pennsylvania where you fuck, hustle and kill. Embark on the journey of young L-Roy, a boy growing up in the Northview Heights housing projects. However L-Roy's youthful innocence is short lived and he embarks down a path of destruction. L-Roy and his brother TJ are willing to do anything to move their mother, Reida, out of the housing projects. Unbeknownst to L-Roy his life isn't going to go as he planned.
