SECOND EDITION (Updated and revised version of Killing the Caveman)... This book was simply written to answer the one question people still ask me: What did I do to build the physique seen on the action/adventure television series?... There are so many routines out there, and each one claims to be the best. There are no such promises or guarantees here, as I openly state that this book offers nothing more than the EXACT 20 week program I created to build the physique seen on the show, including the meal program (although the portions may be a bit off due to passing of time)... This book is not intended as an instructional manual, nor does it claim my method will work for anyone else. I am simply answering the familiar question with a detailed insight into what worked for me.
