Into Africa

INTO AFRICA is the story of Wyatt, a 20-something free spirit riding the rails to see America, Malcolm, a 60-something black man who's been riding the rails for most of his life, and Sheila, a liberated young woman who becomes Wyatt's kind-of girlfriend. Wyatt runs into Malcolm in a train yard after he's been bludgeoned by a Track Detective for freeloading on one of the company's trains. They share a can of beans and some small talk that reveals a bizarre link that Wyatt, at least, had no idea he shared with anyone: they, and soon Sheila (who picks them up hitchhiking), all share more than just a love of travel and adventure - they share a dream.
