Inheritance

Nick Kenby, comes to Sydney after his mother passed away to claim his stolen inheritance, an import business, which his Aunt now controls. His father abandoned his mother when Nick was born. Before his mother passed away he learnt that his father was dead and he left Nick the import business. Nick wanted revenge for his mother's years of lonely torment and poverty they endured, and now he will confront his nemesis Aunt Mary Jamieson, his mother's sister and his father's lover. He wanted control of the import business but Mary has other plans, to steal Nick's inheritance. But her maid is murdered and they are drawn into an uneasy alliance. After another two murders Nick and his Aunt discover they are also targets, and when Mary disappears the suspicion falls onto Nick as the murderer.
