Reboot: Lessons Learned On My Acl Journey

I wrote this book to help other teenagers dealing with recovery from an injury or illness. Though my journey depicts my experience with tearing my ACL, my lessons learned and recovery process are applicable to just about any medical situation affecting a teenager. I don't have all the answers, but I know it would have helped me to feel less alone if I had a book like this available to help me go through this stressful experience. I want you to know you have more company than you realize. Being a teenager is hard enough without adding medical issues into the equation.
