A Book Of...: Random Graphic Short Stories From Around The Table

These wonderful stories grew out of a graphic novel class in the fall of 2016. At the time, the youngest artist was 12 and the oldest 18. Some had virtually no experience drawing, others wanted to make a career in the arts, but all were supportive of one another through the entire process--from brainstorming ideas to designing characters, from storyboarding to drawing.This is their first graphic short story any of them have told. It took a lot of courage, and a lot of work.They choose the open-ended title, A Book Of... because there are so many different kinds of stories in these pages, while "from around the table" refers to the small classroom where they worked, together, sitting around one folding table.We hope you enjoy these stories, and that you'll be inspired to create stories of your own!
