Baffled

A thriller about a wedding planner, Heather, who witnesses a murder while doing her daily jog. The murderer attacks her but she hides in a water tank. She later identifies him in a police lineup. He turns out to be deaf. They lock him up as he awaits trial. Heather is traumatized by the incident and sees a therapist, Sarah, to prepare her emotionally for the testimony day. Sarah is a poker addict who owes thousands in debt to a poker boss to whom she sells patient files in return for money. Heather meets Tim, a new client at her wedding planning agency. He is a sweet talker and gentleman. They started dating. In the meantime, Sarah takes quite a shine to Heather and offers her only placebo therapy. This infuriates Tim and makes him go to extremes to release the murderer who appears to have a strong link between Heather and Tim.
