Six Conversations

Thomas Crawford had just finished an enjoyable early summer morning run, when he decided to sit and rest on the trail he was joined by an older woman who knew his name and very intimate details about him. When she said she was God he didn't know if he was hallucinating or going insane. She offered him the opportunity to ask any question about religion, life, creation, or whatever he wanted to know. Over the next several months he had five visits from three other individuals claiming to be God, each knew what had been previously discussed. Thomas still didn't know if he was hallucinating and he had no clue how to tell anyone about what had happened, especially his wife, without sounding crazy, but the conversations changed his views of Christianity, religion in general, and the Bible.
