Earth's Knell The First Landing

What would you give to begin a new life on a pristine planet with just ten other people. No pollution, no over population of humans. Just fresh air, clear water and fertile ground as far as the eye can see. But then you discover there are some rather large primates living nearby, and those primates have a way of communicating.
