Tears Of Remorse

What is Tears of Remorse? Tears of Remorse is a book I started writing at 15. It is also collaboration of the last 36 years of my life. It is a book in two parts: one in poetry (Tears of Remorse) my experiences in social trauma, love, family and life. Joy and trauma we all associate with and struggle in. The other half, (Struggles Of a Modern Atlas) contains true stories of each work, and the experiences in communication with others, using exclusively non-medication reliant therapies and principles of healing.. When I began the journey of 131, I had no idea that the book I was writing would be so much about everyone else, the state of the world, and how we process through trauma in our current daily realities. Through writing this book, I learned that the only way to heal ourselves, is by having the same compassion within as we have for the world around us. Healing the world around you begins within.
