The Choice

The Choice highlights the choices all young women have to face when they find themselves in the midst of an unplanned pregnancy. There are three choices that can be made; each comes with its own set of consequences. The first is abortion, something I would never consider. The second is adoption, the gracious gift of allowing a couple who can't have their own children to raise yours. My heart was already in love with this little miracle. I did all the legwork, visiting all the different agencies but hating every minute of it. The last is parenting. This is also a hard choice, especially when you are young and freshly out of high school. So many expenses and so much responsibility. What choice should I make? Do I go against my heart?
