In the arid desert of the Pink City two men discuss what it means to have honor. The acrid air of the Medina is filled with harsh tobacco smoke and strong incense. There is tinkling of mosaic colored glasses filled with hot mint tea steaming up from cobalt tiled tables. The air is thick with tension as one young Ahmed decides if he will either honor the will of his father to become a Martyr or follow his own inner desires for long lost days whiled away with his lover between the sand dunes.
