Seward's Folly

A short fictional story about a teenage girl who mysteriously washes up on shore in Prince William Sound. Moria is a golden-haired, angelic beauty who immediately endears herself to the local people of Seward, Alaska. She tells each person she interacts with a different history, but each person who supposedly helps her, finds themselves blessed with their most dearest wish come true. Trooper Lin, who tries to untangle all the conflicting stories Moria told her friends, narrows down only two that work. One possible, and one impossible ... unless you want to believe.
