Just Doodle

Doodling is fun, it is an easy and safe way to explore life, your emotions, thoughts and ideas, your imaginations, your needs..... Doodles reveal a process of exploring, testing and experimenting. Doodles are not based on a predetermined or prefixed idea about what to draw or what the drawing is about, but they are unfolding instantly while doodling. This booklet shares with you doodles that would have ended up in the paper bin (at least when I would have listened to my mind). And it also provides simple exercises to experiment with doodling.
