The Uncaged Mind

This book is a mix of journal entries, personal poetry, and blog posts. I feel like my mind has been locked in a cage, throughout my entire life. The cage bars are made of fear, hate, anger, and anxiety. They prevent me from truly living, from feeling happiness, and they keep me bound or trapped by my past. I refuse to live in this cage any longer. I need to break free. I need to uncage my mind.I decided to write this book, as a way to help me escape from the cage. It is a painful story to tell and it will not be an easy story to read; however, it is a story that needs to be told.
