Jessie Rosewood is a brilliant, bullied teenaged girl who's dying of cancer. Her family moves to a rural town in Maine to give her a fresh start. Unfortunately Purgatory is not your ordinary small town. Young girls are missing, a boy drowned and a fatal car crash claimed an entire family. Jessie soon notices a light burning in a vacant house at night and goes to explore it. The house is haunted by the ghost of Tristan White- the most popular boy in school- who died not long ago.
