The Pathological Liar Within: The Enemy

I started writing this book not because I felt inspired, but because I was tired. Tired of life, my life. It was meant to be my suicide letter. Today as I write the synopsis for this book, I'm in awe of the transformational grace of Yahweh. I could have never imagined that I (Shemelia Henry) would ever be in this position. Well into the writing process of this book I was struggling to love and accept myself. I was terrified that I would get to the end and not be truly convinced that I am worthy of love. I was fearful that I would now have to walk around feeling like a hypocrite for saying all the right things and not living by them. But, Yahweh heard my cry and He didn't waste my tears. Today I can say with gladness that it was indeed good for me that I was afflicted. My book will take you on a roller coaster journey of me, learning to take responsibility in every situation, because in doing so, I found my peace.
