Imagine....a school with no first day; horizontal expectations for learning (as opposed to vertical); emphasis on individual student outcomes instead of whole group results; disaggregated campus designs dictated by learning goals; ceilings removed from student learning; time engineered as part of the curriculum; students taught about how their brains actually work so they may use them better; and a grading system that acts as a gauge - not a goal.
