Fritzo had been driven out of the Philippines and had set up shop in the New Orleans area - he spent his days cruising the Gulf while his "contractors" obtained "merchandise" in the city and surrounding areas. Bobby Hernandez' trip to Heine, Louisiana was a simple three day run on his service truck to take care of something Carman Evans trusted only him to handle. His job was almost done when he saw two of Fritzo's contractors obtaining a piece of "merchandise" - a beautiful Filipino woman -from the adjoining building, and against his better judgment, Bobby decided to intervene, leading to a twelve hour chain of events that would change the lives of dozens of people forever.
