Thank you! Thank you for having the strength and courage to open this book. The last 38 years of my life have been shaped by alcoholism and addiction. The fact that you are here, on this journey, signals hope and love! It is my intention that Mind, Body, Spirit be a light in your day, a light that will shine on your true Self, that source of love and goodness. Be kind to yourself. Never lose sight of the truth that you are here, at this moment, reading this with every intention of living a life of clarity and purpose. You may stumble and lose your way, but please do not give up. You are worthy of all of the love and goodness divinely present!
