GAME OF RINGS

June 15th 2015, New YorkShahrzad comes back home from school.-Hey dad!-Hi there my dear Shahrzad, lunch is ready...-Right away!After the meal Shahrzad returns to her room and after having a small break while reading a book, the sun sets.Whenever the sun sets in New York it always seemed like another sunrise amidst the darkness inside the wall of her room, and through it Shahrzad could see a vast land with gigantic statues from up above; Wherever her gaze she could see it afresh as if she's the only one present there, and through her ears listen to what sounds arising and talks taking place. It has been a couple of years since Shahrzad started paying heed to the stories and tales of this territory.Its people called it "Heuliez"Age of GodsThe people of Heuliez believe that the great God "Zarvgad" created their world. At the center of the cosmos there's a world of darkness named "Darkland". At the center of this darkness, elevating is, a large oblong shaped rock. On the rock a flat and vast region, with the name of "Rockgods". There, is located the throne of Gods where they rule over the worlds.After reigning over the worlds as their God for a eons, one day his eldest son, Ahriman asked him that according to tradition, he should hand over the reign of the Gods to him; Zarvgad accepts at first and heads over to the green highland of life as to use life's Prima Materia in order to cast the new God a ring, so that he becomes immortal as well. After arriving at the highlands of life, while having started creation of the ring, considering what he has seen of greed and avidity in Ahriman, he starts having second thoughts about conceding his reign to him and this doubt and hesitation influences the ring, making it dark in hue. Zarvgad makes the ring anyway and returns to Rakgods.After coming back to the throne of Gods, whilst other Gods are standing besides him, Zarvgad tells Ahriman that he has changed his mind and wants to give his reign to his other son "Ahura". Upon hearing that, Ahriman starts playing a trick and tells Zarvgad that no God has ever broke his word and that it is in contrast with the morals of the Gods!Zarvgad succumbs to Ahriman's reasoning and tells Ahriman that he can rule the cosmos for only nine thousand years, and then hands the dark ring to Ahriman. After wearing the ring Ahriman abruptly turns to Zarvgad and tells him that he is never going to give up the reign to Ahura and that from this moment on he considers Ahura his enemy; and so he left the throne of God and headed to the Land of Darkness; Such was how he became the God of evil and darkness.Zarvgad becomes furious, the obvious was that he was no longer capable of confronting Ahriman, so to counter the dark ring's power he gave Ahura another ring which he had created with his good thoughts.It was from this time on, that the game of rings; while giving rise to an endless rivalry between good and evil; had started.
