The Presence Of A Yes (Revised Edition): The Magical Word That Truly Gives Consent (Stories Of Divinclus)

The story is set in Polkinston, an imaginary town in Divinclus Isles, a newly-formed country on an island (and several smaller ones) that suddenly emerged from the ocean in 2055 where being LGBTQ+ is mostly not an issue. The characters are all immigrants from various cultural backgrounds. Our protagonist is Robyn with a Y. H-, er, sh-, er, they found out one day from one of their partners Taylor, that their metamour (their partner's other partner) Kyle had gone missing, so they went to Ash, someone they just slept with who just so happened to be a private investigator, for help. Kyle was actually kidnapped by his ex after having a totally consensual dinner date with her (The sarcasm level is over 9000!) But, of course, only you, the readers, know that. The characters must figure that part out themselves. And the road to the truth is never smooth. This novella's main focus is Kyle's kidnapping, as written above, but it also touches on touchy topics like mental health and GSM-phobia on its way through the eyes of different people. It is also for people who like Easter eggs. Almost every chapter has an Easter egg!
