SUMMARYThe boy loved food more than anything else, all the places he travelled he remembered the food he ate and was always curious about how it was prepared. He was happily enjoying the food in Bangkok, Thailand and then he shifted to India. In India he went to a lot of places searching for the authentic Thai cuisine but he was always disappointed, his parents did cook Thai food at home but he knew it always lacked the punch, but it was still good enough to keep him going and it was better than any Thai food he would get in restaurants in the country. Eventually he went abroad to study and there was Thai food there, the authentic style but it was far too expensive for him to eat from there. He moved into a house with his school friends from Bangkok, Thailand and that's when he learnt how to cook the Thai dishes properly. He still didn't do much of the cooking as his friend from school did most of it. He started cooking when he moved out of that house and started experimenting with the ingredients and dishes. After a heart broken return to India, India continued giving him a lot of disappointments, food and jobs to be precise. He then started pursuing his passion for cooking and love for good Thai food, he started selling it from home to people living around him. After a good run selling food from home and a friend's food truck that inspired him, he decided to get into a food truck and take his business to the next level. It was a hurdle for him to get his food truck ready but eventually it was, he learnt a lot working in the food truck, the dos and don'ts of the business and finally set in. Once he was established, he learnt how to market his business and moved to a food truck park. The business did well at the food truck park when the politically influenced government officials decided it was time to destroy the food truck park and the trucks there. The boy learnt a lot from his journey and is out to help all young food truckers establish their food trucks and make a name for themselves. He shares all his expertise to establish a food truck in the country and his marketing secrets.
