Diabetes and Me

February 4, 2016 was a day my life changed completely. We call it D-Day. It was the day we found out I had been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. I was six years old. This book is a story about me and how Type 1 Diabetes has changed my life forever. It will help give you an idea of what it looks like to have Type 1 Diabetes as a kid. More importantly though, it will also show you that I am still the same boy I was before D-Day. This book is dedicated to all the kids out there who are superheroes like me. We will fight this together.
