Divorced and between jobs, Katie Mayweather goes back to her hometown of Ashtabula, Ohio and visits the places where she grew up, specifically the Harbor and Mazie's diner.Feisty old Mazie has passed away, the fate of her beloved diner is up in the air.The place is scruffy, the service is poor, yet the French fries are still to die for. The old hometown has a lot of potential and a lot of issues. However, nostalgia doesn't pay the bills.The French fries might still be delicious, but Katie finds herself vexed by an irritating waitress when she'd rather be lost in a lot of great memories.
