Dusty Doogle'S Perfectly Unperfect Friend

With an unexpected visit to the pet store, Dusty falls in love with four little puppies that are up for adoption. He visits them daily on his way home from school, and becomes concerned when they are all adopted, except for one. The last little puppy was certainly not perfect, and that's why nobody wanted him. This made Dusty reflect on his friends and how different they all were in some ways, but incredibly special in other ways. At last, the unperfect puppy is adopted and Dusty was happy for his perfectly unperfect friend. A great story about being different; but recognizing that we are all unique and special in our own way.
