Palm Tree Image Analysis : In The Field Of Culture And Arts Southern Provinces Of Iran

The main aim of this article and inquiry is to survey the place (importance) of palm tree associated with cultural anthropology in southern provinces of Iran and.In addition, the survey on practical potential analysis of palm tree's sign in graphical design will be discussed. This research from its qualitative view has both basic-applied aim and descriptive -analytical method. The nature of ontology of palm tree among the people of southern provinces of Iran finds its root in their subconscious mind toward enliving, vitalizing (animating) and human knowledge related to palm tree.In this case, the result of ongoing research, shows that the sign of this tree in graphical design of foregoing regions has high practical potential. This means that because of the cultural demand (national and religious) of palm tree in southern provinces of Iran (considering the ability of generalizabilty in national level), the use of this sign in graphical design will have the positive outcome. In other word, due to the strong belief in the nature of palm tree, the sign of this tree will be useful in logo, packing, poster, imagery, environmental graphic and etc.
