Detectives in Haddelton find themselves with another baffling death on their hands in this follow-up to What's Italian for Murder? Things have not been going well at Lottan Lodge, a riverside hotel on the outskirts of London. The place is rather in need of both guests and decorators. And that's before a man is mysteriously killed in his room on Valentine's Day. Suspicion falls on the staff and guests who were present at the time of the killing. Few in number, yet, from as far away as Spain and South America, they create the need for some very deep delving.
