America United: In God We Must Trust

The closing words of our Pledge of Allegiance says that America is one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. However, if we look across the landscape of America, our nation is becoming more divided. The color of a person's skin, socioeconomic status, personal agendas, and other discriminating factors have divided and disenfranchised many Americans. I do believe, however, that our issues in America run much deeper than black or white, rich or poor, privileged or underprivileged. Our issues culminate in an unwillingness to be an indivisible nation under God. And only in God can we find the solution to our nation's greatest ills. He is the one who can forgive our sin and heal our land. In this book, I provide an overview of some of the systemic issues dividing our nation and church, as well as my perspective on how we can come together to stand as one nation of Christians before God. We are the people who can petition God on behalf of our nation to save us from desolation, but as Christians, we must first become indivisible as well.
